Responsibilities

Reporting to the Principal, you will manage main contractors and specialist subcontractors, chair site meetings, administer contracts, and maintain client relationships throughout the construction phase. You will produce monthly project reports and manage risk registers.

Requirements

Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture. Minimum 5 years site-based construction management experience. MCIOB or PMP certification preferred. Demonstrable experience delivering luxury residential or commercial projects. Strong contract administration skills (JCT, FIDIC or equivalent).
